Help prevent back and hip strain with this polyfoam-padded cushion. Swivels 360° for smooth, easy movement in any direction while seated. Use this cushion to help you get up from any seated position. Ideal for getting in and out of vehicles. This portable cushion can be taken just about anywhere. Weighs only 3-1/4 lbs. (1.5kg). Cushion measures 15-5/8" (40cm) in diameter. Supports up to 800 lbs. Posey® Deluxe Gel Foam Cushion

Ideal for persons who are at risk for pressure sores, require posture support or are inclined to slide forward. Waterproof, foam-encapsulated gel bladder will not bottom out. Available with a washable fleece cover or a water-repellent Staph-Chek® cover. Both models feature easy-carry handles. Cushions measure 18" x 16" x 2" (46 x 41 x 5.1cm).

Bedfellow™ Positioning Roll

The three-cushion design of the Bedfellow™ Positioning Roll allows the Bedfellow™ to bend and fit to body contours. The center cushion rolls out to provide a headrest or lumbar support and can be zipped inside the cover to make a full body pillow. Nylon ties keep the center cushion in place. The side supports of the Bedfellow™ maintain a stable, upright position, helping to prevent falls from a wheelchair. Also, these supports protect the ribs and position the person in the chair to prevent leaning to one side. Total length is 70" (178cm). Inner pillows are filled with flame-retardant polystyrene beads and covered with a bacteriostatic staph-Check® material which can be wiped clean. Flannel outer cover is machine washable.

UPlift™ Seat Assist

The gentle hydraulic action of the UPlift™ Seat Assist easily raises or lowers a person to or from most any chair. The patented "flex seat" design eliminates the "sliding" feeling of other seat lifts. Requires no electricity, batteries, buttons, switches or locks. Lifts 75% to 80% of a person's weight. Standard model accommodates 80 lbs. to 240 lbs. (36 to 109kg); deluxe model, 195 lbs. to 350 lbs. (88 to 159kg). Both models have six simple weight adjustments. Seat height is raised by 2" (5.1cm). Torso Elevation Wedge

The Torso Elevation Wedge provides comfortable support when head and shoulder elevation is required. Unlike stacked, lumpy pillows, this lightweight wedge maintains its shape and position for uniform elevation. Each wedge offers approximately 35° or 55° of elevation. To change the incline angle, just rotate the wedge 90°. Covered with vinyl and filled with polystyrene beads. The Torso Elevation Wedge breathes for comfort and will not retain heat nor compress like pillows. Can be used with an alternating pressure mattress.
