| Organizational Membership: The CONGRESS OF DISABLED PERSONS AGAINST EXPLOITATION is a congress of organizations that advocates for the rights of persons with disabilities. Each organization wishing membership in CODPAE must prove that they advocate for the rights and well being of all persons with disabilities. One voting delegate per 50 people served by an organization is permitted. Membership at large: Persons not belong to an organization may seek membership in CODPAE if they can justify that they advocate for the rights and well being of all persons with disabilities. One voting delegate is permitted. Dues: The yearly membership dues are: $30.00 per year for organizations. $10.00 per year for members at large.
